Everyone_______ to live in a world where working conditions are safe, inclusive, and equal, so that everyone has the opportunity to _______ in life. But economies are changing, and work today is not what it was a decade ago. 

It requires new ways of thinking to provide for everyone, and we all have a role to play in helping the UN _______ the goal of decent work and economic growth- all by 2030. In the island community of Idjwi, people have always relied on fish for food.

Without the _______ to catch enough fish to sell to others, they were unable to make money or create new jobs.

But money invested into the community by the United Nations Development Programme enabled the Idjwi people to receive training, buy new equipment, and _______fish to other countries. Economic growth created new jobs and _______the local economy, and today, more Idjwi children go to school where they learn new skills to enter the workplace, too.

It's in communities where there are lots of people but _______ jobs to go around demand for work is high. Employers can pay low pages because workers have no other option, and if workers are injured in the workplace because working conditions are_______, they have no right to compensation and could fall into debt paying their bills.　But good people everywhere are working hard to help.　Code Club International is helping to teach kids ages 9-13 how to read and write code, giving them the 21st century skills they need to succeed. Businesses like the BBC are _______ their employment guidelines to give everyone access to the same career opportunities. And in India, the Bharat Net project is helping businesses operate online by connecting _______ communities to the Internet. When there is decent work and economic growth, it creates a safer, more inclusive future for everyone.
